Helping our shuls cut costs through group purchasing is the focus of the new joint partnership between National Council of Young Israel and Fairway GPO.

Our partnership with Fairway has many unique benefits for our Young Israel synagogues that we hope will be a true value added for each of you. Unlike many other GPO's in the industry that require a member to Commit to certain minimum purchasing requirements, or charge annual membership fees, Fairway has no minimums or commitments, no fees of any kind, and you are not locked into any contracts. Due to their partnership with Essensa and their $50 billon in purchasing volume, they have negotiated some of the best contracts in the country with vendors you currently use such as FedEx, Staples, and paper goods companies, just to name a few.

By partnering with Fairway, the only thing that will change is the pricing you receive from vendors - you will continue to purchase the same way you currently do, only now with lower pricing. This new program will hopefully save you close to 30-45%.

Here is a list of vendors that Fairway/Essensa has contracts with. Each individual shul can choose to access contracts for as many or as few on this list as you like. Additionally, Every Shul will receive a GPO # This number simply allows each shul to directly access only the contracts that are of unique interest to you.
